An infantry tactical battle will take place at night on 10/1 & 10/2. Living History time lines and a public battle will be in place Saturday and Sunday for those re-enactors choosing not to participate in the tactical battles. Event on Saturday & Sunday will run from 10:00am – 4:00pm. The IDNR will be providing firewood, water and hot meals to re-enactors on Saturday.
Period camping, vehicles, artillery and weaponry will be permitted in the park during event. Firing of weapons will be allowed until 11:00pm. NOTE: PARK GATES CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 8:00PM! ABSOLUTELY NO PASSES!
BARRACKS are available and LIMITED (on a first come, first served basis). Limited space is available for rent at The Garrison Restaurant on Post. Reservations can be made by calling 877-563-4371.
Vendors of WWII or related militaria and food vendors are welcome! Booth space is available for ten dollars. If interested, please contact Jeff Cummings at JCummings@dnr.IN.gov
